Now that you have created your account, it is important to complete your profile and branding which will be displayed in your receipt, invoices and reports.
How do I complete my profile?
For new accounts created,
- Click on "Get Started" tab on the left sidebar
- Click on "Complete business profile"
- Click on "Upload business profile

For existing users or if "Get Started" is not displaying on your sidebar
1. Go to Settings >> Business Profile
On the Business profile page, update your business information:
- Logo: Upload your company logo
- Business Name: Review or update your Company name. This is what will be displayed in all your business reports and Invoices.
- Address: Enter your current office address. This is what will be displayed in all your business reports and Invoices.
- Country: Please select your major country of operation. Kindly note this will affect your default currency
- Zipcode: Enter your zipcode
- Phone Number: Enter your business contact phone number. Multiple numbers can be inputted with a comma "," as a separator. This will be displayed in all your business reports and Invoices.
- Email: Enter your company email address
- Bio: Give a brief description of your company
- Sector: Please select your business status
- Type of business: Please select the most relevant type for your business. If none is relevant, you can reach out to us via chat or email to hello@simplebks.com to update the list.
- Number of staff: This is auto-populated based on the number of users invited to Simplebks
- Business size: Please provide your average annual turnover/sales
- Save your changes and you're all set
